The mission of MSPAlliance Angels Network is to provide a forum in which its members can exchange information about investment opportunities in early-stage Managed Service Providers, and to provide administrative support as its members help such companies to grow to market leadership. The group provides early-stage capital in the range of $25,000 - $10,000,000, an investment range not generally served by venture capital funds. The MSPAlliance is the oldest Professional Association, Accrediting and Standards Based Body for the Managed Services Industry. MSPA Angels Network is not a fund, adviser, or broker and does not invest as a group. The Network is a collection of driven investors acting individually, and members collaborate on due diligence, deal research, and deal evaluation. The group's funding process involves a thorough screening process where approximately three companies per month are selected to present to members for funding consideration.
