Machan Investments is a Houston, Texas-based, investment firm and family office of Dan Dinges, long time energy industry executive and Susan Vick, legacy capital markets specialist. With deep experience in energy markets and working with development companies, Machan was founded to provide capital to innovative, early-stage companies with compelling fundamentals in the renewable and sustainable energy landscape. Dinges was President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Cabot Oil & Gas, and in 2001; and then became Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer in 2002. Prior to joining Cabot, Mr. Dinges held various management positions for more than 20 years with Noble Energy. He serves on the board of directors of American Petroleum Institute, American Exploration & Production Council, Spitzer Industries, Inc., Boy Scouts of America, and Palmer Drug Abuse Program.
