Marujupu is the family office of the Sulzberger Family (The New York Times Company) and operates as a multigenerational family office. Marujupu was named for Marian, Ruth, Judith and 'Punch' Sulzberger, the four children of Iphigene Ochs Sulzberger. Marujupu is the managing member of four separate limited liability companies. Those limited liability companies are, in turn, the general partners of four separate limited partnerships which hold, through another limited liability company, an aggregate of millions of shares of New York Times Class A Stock.
