MidMark Capital, through its two private equity funds, MidMark Equity Partners, LP and MidMark Equity Partners II, LP, acquires significant ownership positions and strategic buy-outs in privately and publicly-owned middle-market companies with the objective to increase the value of those positions over the long term. The MidMark partnership was formed in 1989 by the three senior officers of MidMark. The firm makes investments in manufacturing, service and distribution companies with revenues between $20-200 million, headquartered in North America. MidMark's current and former portfolio consists of 40 companies with combined revenues in excess of $2 billion.
