Mill City Capital is a private equity firm that makes control investments in lower middle market companies with enterprise values ranging between $30 million and $200 million and an EBITDA of $5 to $25 million. The firm prefers to invest in companies headquartered in the Midwestern United States, with a particular focus on companies located in the Upper Midwestern states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Mill City typically invests $10 million to $30 million of equity capital, with the capability to invest more through co-investment partners. Investments are not made in banking, real estate, media, healthcare or technology companies.
