Millennium Technology Value Partners is a New York-based venture capital fund that has been making investments in innovative technology companies since 2000. Millennium Technology Value Partners, LP (TVP) was formed to provide investors with liquidity on their private equity holdings, non-core operations, and other generally illiquid assets. The Millennium team applies a partnership approach to working hand in hand with corporations, financial institutions, individuals, bankruptcy estates and others in need of a liquidity solution on valuable, but illiquid assets. The firm has close to $1 billion in assets under management, and has completed more than 300 investments that include Facebook (FB), Twitter, and Zappos (acquired by AMZN). Since 2009, Millennium has had 13 IPOs and 22 acquisitions of its portfolio companies.
