New York Digital Health Innovation Lab is a program run by the New York eHealth Collaborative and the Partnership Fund for New York City. The accelerator focuses on early and growth-stage digital health companies that are developing technology products for healthcare providers and patients in the areas of care coordination, patient engagement, predictive analytics and workflow management. The five-month program launched in 2014 with an initial investment of $4.2 million. Through the accelerator, startups receive $100,000, along with mentoring opportunities with executives in the healthcare field. Pharmaceutical, biotech, surgical medical device, and diagnostic companies do not qualify for the program. The inaugural class of eight companies that graduated in May 2013 has raised approximately $12 million in aggregate post-program.
