Owl Rock is a leading alternative asset manager that seeks to offer direct lending solutions to U.S. middle market companies and provides income-seeking investors access to private credit strategies that offer the potential to generate income and attractive risk-adjusted returns through investment in middle market loans. Owl Rock focuses primarily on originating and making loans to, and making debt and equity investments in, U.S. middle market companies. The firm will invest in senior secured or unsecured loans, subordinated loans or mezzanine loans and, to a lesser extent, equity-related securities and warrants. Owl Rock seeks out companies with earnings before interest expense, income tax expense, depreciation and amortization, or an EBITDA between $10 million and $250 million annually and/or annual revenue of $50 million to $2.5 billion at the time of investment, with an ability to lead or anchor debt financings of $100 -$500 million. Owl Rock has originated approximately $17.2 billion in transactions since inception.
