PNC Riverarch Capital is a middle-market private equity group that invests in privately-held companies headquartered throughout North America. The firm seeks well-positioned companies in which to invest to support recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, corporate divestitures and growth financings. PNC typically invests between $10 million and $50 million per transaction for companies valued up to $300 million. Minimum EBITDA for platform acquisitions is $3 million, with no minimum for add-on acquisitions. Other specific sectors of interest include environmental services, food and beverage, laboratory products and services, and MRO and related support services. PNC invests across a variety of industry sectors, including business and industrial services, specialized manufacturing, and value-added distribution. Formed in January 2011 with a capital commitment of $250 million, PNC Riverarch Capital is an affiliate of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and represents PNC's continued dedication to serving the middle-market. Since 1982, PNC Riverarch and its predecessors have provided equity capital to over 100 companies.
