Palisades Growth Capital (f/k/a Palisades Ventures) is a Los Angeles-based VC fund making growth stage investments in systems, services, software, and hardware companies that are driving the adoption of leading edge Information Technology, communications, and media technologies. Palisades prefers to price deals and take a lead position with board participation. In certain situations, the firm will join syndicated financings with other leading venture capital firms. Palisades' typical investment size ranges between $5 and $10 million, with reserves for follow-on financings. Companies Palisades targets generally have existing revenue with multiple customers in the marketplace. Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) and Centre Partners are the lead institutional investors in Palisades Ventures and both are members of the General Partner. Centre Partners (see profile) provides all of the Palisades' infrastructure and back office services, participates in the due diligence process, and sits on the fund's Investment Committee. Company attributes include revenues generally from $5 million to $50 million, at or near cash flow break-even.
