Palladium Equity Partners provides equity capital to middle market companies seeking to achieve the next level of growth. Palladium principals have invested over $2.0 billion of capital in 35 platform investments and more than 135 add-on acquisitions over the last two decades while developing a track record of successful partnerships with management teams. Formed in 1997, the firm currently has committed equity capital in excess of $1 billion. Palladium invests across a range of industries that target the U.S. Hispanic market. These companies generally fall in sectors in which the partners have substantial experience, such as business services, consumer/retail, financial services, food & beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, and media. Transactions include leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, corporate spin-outs, growth financings and restructurings, usually representing an equity investment of $50 - $150 million in companies with yearly revenues of $25 - $500 million (with $10-75 million in EBITDA), although larger transactions are executed with the participation of investors and other relationships.
