The Palo Alto Networks Venture Fund provides the capital and tools to fuel the growth of seed-, early- and growth-stage security companies focused on developing innovative cloud-delivered capabilities for the Palo Alto Networks Application Framework. Palo Alto Networks is the next-generation security company, leading a new era in cybersecurity by safely enabling applications and preventing cyber breaches for tens of thousands of organizations worldwide. The $20 million security venture fund will collaborate with Greylock Partners and Sequoia Ventures to identify and evaluate innovative security applications for potential strategic co-investment. The Palo Alto Networks Venture Fund and Application Framework will help companies craft innovative technology that solves important security use cases facing the market today, providing them with seamless customer adoption, data access, and speed to market. The firm has 75,000 customers and $3.4 billion in revenue in FY 2019.
