Founded in 2000, Pasadena Angels are a group of private investors providing Angel capital for emerging growth companies across Southern California. Organized as Pasadena Angels, Inc., a non-profit entity, the group offers early-stage companies help from the knowledge of more than 100 experienced entrepreneurs, senior corporate executives, and skilled professionals from a variety of industries and venture capital affiliates. Pasadena Angels investor members typically provide up to $100 thousand in early-stage financing and seed money to emerging ventures located in Southern California. The group's members also lead funding rounds and cooperate with venture capital firms and other angel investment groups to support companies that seek $1 million to $5 million in funding. Pasadena Angels' members have provided nearly $25 million in early-stage capital to some 60 emerging companies in Southern California.
