Peninsula House is a single family office investor (SFO) and engaged in the following: 1) Principal investment in direct LP fund investment, as well as structured direct co-investment, be it liquid or illiquid, in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia in the following alternative asset classes: infrastructure, private equity, hedge fund, structured private debt, distressed loans and securities, high yield bonds, real estate and real estate entities, as well as special corporate situations; 2) Fixed income in private markets across alternative assets in partnership with institutional family office, Asian and North American institutional and private investors; 3) and Co-investment of separate managed accounts in niche oriented alternative asset classes. John F. Tsui is the founder and Managing Principal of the firm. Tsui was appointed by Honorable John C. Whitehead to be on the Board of Directors of The Boy Scouts of the Greater New York Council and The Economic Club of New York. He is Visiting Lecturer at the SEM program at Tsinghua University and University of California at Berkeley - Haas School of Business.
