Pine Creek Partners is a private equity investment firm that invests alongside managers through its proprietary investment fund, Alpine Equity. Over the past decade, the firm's founding partners have invested over $600M in more than 30 companies. Pine Creek focuses on companies with at least $5M in revenues operating in a variety of industries. The firm's typical investment size ranges from $3-7M although requirements of up to $50M can be met in combination with Pine Creek's investors. Pine Creek typically invests in companies with enterprise values between $10 and $70 million.
