Pinnacle Ventures is a private venture capital fund focused on providing debt and equity financing to early-stage companies. Pinnacle initiates a relationship with a startup as early as possible, typically with a venture debt loan and ideally shortly after it receives its first round of venture capital financing. Pinnacle provides various types of capital, including growth capital loans, equipment loans, accounts receivable financing, subordinated debt, convertible debt, M&A financing and direct equity investments. The firm focuses on investing in both technology and healthcare sectors, with typical initial investments ranging from $500,000 to $25 million. With dedicated equity funds, the firm has the ability to lead rounds with investments of up to $15.0 million. For minority investments the firm typically invests in the $1.0 million to $5.0 million range.
