Preston Hollow Capital (PHC) is a merchant bank formed in January 2014 by the former senior executive management of ORIX USA Corporation. The firm will finance local government operations, infrastructure and facilities, community development districts, charter schools, healthcare facilities and senior housing projects. PHC was launched with initial equity capitalization of $105 million provided by PHC's principals. PHC currently holds four operating subsidiaries and $28 billion in assets under management. Their investment size varies, but transactions usually range from $10-$100 million. PHC has more than $1.4 billion in permanent equity capital and over $3 billion in investment capacity.
