Prospect focuses exclusively on management-led leveraged acquisitions of small companies with niche strategies. The firm manages three funds totaling $470 million and is a leading private equity buyer of companies with revenues between $10 million to $75 million and EBITDA up to $8 million. In addition, for our existing platforms, we pursue acquisitions of add-on companies with as little as $2 million in revenue. Prospect seeks to invest $2 to $30 million in management-led leveraged acquisitions.
