The Queen City Angels (QCA) is a group of experienced, accredited investors committed to accelerating the growth of outstanding early-stage businesses located within a 150-mile radius of Cincinnati. The group targets companies with needs for capital in the range of $200,000-$1,000,000; and the potential to become a high-growth enterprise with annual revenues of $10 million or more within a reasonable timeframe. Members of QCA pay initiation and annual fees, and typically invest $25,000-$100,000 or more per deal. The defined need for capital in the range of $200,000-$1,000,000. There is no binding obligation to invest in any deal, but QCA may terminate any Angel who fails to invest over a substantial period. They are early, seed-stage investors, so if a company has a valuation above $3.5 million, they will want to know how this is justified from a revenue , IP, management team or market opportunity perspective.
