Rally is a private investment firm that specializes largely in the communications industry, with a direct focus on wireless and next-generation telecommunication technologies and services. Rally was founded in early 2005 by executives from Craig McCaw's Eagle River investment firm. Dennis Weibling, one of the firm's partners and its Managing Director, has been involved in the communications industry since the early 1980s and is both an attorney and CPA. He currently serves on the boards of Telesphere Networks, Ltd, Telecom Transport Management, Inc., Sotheby's Holdings, Inc., and various non-profit boards including Seattle Pacific University. For more than 20 years, in Chicago and in cities across the country, Rally has advised, collaborated and provided hundreds of middle-market companies, financial institutions, investment firms and their professional advisors with financial, operational, management, merger and acquisition, capital markets and turnaround advisory and transactional services.
