Renovo Capital is a special situations private equity fund, investing out of Renovo Capital Fund II, LP, a $132 million committed capital fund. Renovo is focused on partnering with business owners, entrepreneurs and management teams to invest in businesses undergoing varying degrees of operational, financial or market-driven change. The firm will invest between $10 and $50 million of equity in companies with revenues ranging from $20 to $200 million, no minimum EBITDA and up to $20 million. Companies should be headquartered in North America and be focused in traditional and specialty manufacturing, business services, energy services, technology or e-commerce sectors.
