    River Birch Partners is a New England-based private investment firm engaged in equity investments in profitable private companies in the lower middle market. The firm does not invest from a fund of institutional capital and as a result has no restrictions on its capital providing tremendous flexibility including an unlimited investment timeline. River Birch seeks out companies with recurring revenues of >$10 million, gross margins > 30%, and an EBITDA of $1 million to 8 million. The firm is industry agnostic, but tends to focus on established businesses within the following sectors: Branded food and consumer packaged goods; Engineered industrial components sold B2B; Manufactured commercial & consumer products; Building products and materials; Distribution, logistics and other outsourced business services; Aerospace; Chemicals; Industrial minerals and metals; Packaging; and Rubber and plastics.
