Runway is a holding company making investments in real estate, outdoor initiatives, hospitality, and businesses committed to moving Northwest Arkansas forward. Steuart and Tom Walton (scions of the Walmart Walton family) began their work in Northwest Arkansas more than a decade ago. In addition to the firm's operating businesses, Runway has additional investments in outdoors, aviation and events. These are strategic choices to create connections across a wide range of experiences. Steuart and Tom also make investments through RZC Investments (see profile). Steuart serves on the board of directors of Walmart, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Tom Walton is also Chairman of the Walton Family Foundation Home Region Program. In 2023, he was appointed to the Natural State Advisory Board.
