Part of the Softbank family of funds, SB Opportunity Fund is a $100 million venture fund dedicated to supporting and building a community of outstanding Black, Latinx and Native American founders. The Fund is led by Marcelo Claure, Chief Executive Officer of SoftBank Group International and Chief Operating Officer of SoftBank Group Corp. Stacy Brown-Philpot, former CEO of TaskRabbit and former Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Google Ventures, Paul Judge, co-founder of TechSquare Labs and Pindrop, and Shu Nyatta, Managing Partner at SoftBank Group International, serve as the inaugural members of the Fund's Investment Committee. SoftBank Group will be the Fund's primary limited partner, with an initial investment of $100 million.
