Brad Schwartz is the founding partner of Strategic Law Partners, LLP. SLP Ventures is an early stage and venture fund primarily focused on internet/technology companies in the Los Angeles area. SLP Ventures has made approximately 50 investments over the last few years, each generally in the $50,000-$100,000 range. Mr. Schwartz has represented a wide variety of companies from early stage and venture backed companies (such as Green Dot and Riot Games), to incubators, investors and private equity firms (such as Idealab and Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners) to large public companies (such as IAC/InterActiveCorp, PerkinElmer, Inc. and Ticketmaster). Mr. Schwartz also serves on the Board of Directors and Chairs the Audit Committee for Union Station Homeless Services, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Business and Corporations section, is a member of the Board of Directors and a basketball coach for Spartan Community Basketball League and is an active angel investor and member of the Pasadena Angels.
