Sageview Capital is a private investment firm that makes growth equity investments in small and mid-sized companies in North America and Europe. The firm is focused primarily on the technology, financial & business services, and energy sectors. The firm typically invests in companies that generate $5 million to $100 million-plus in annual sales. Typical investment sizes are between $15 and $100 million with a target holding period of 3 to 7 years. Sageview was founded in 2005 by Ned Gilhuly and Scott Stuart, both formerly partners of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
