The Scranton Enterprise Center (SEC) is a state-of-the-art business facility in downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania. Constructed in 2003 and expanded in 2004, the facility houses several anchor tenants as well as a Business Incubator program for start-up and expanding small businesses. Class A office space ranging in size from as small as 157 square feet to as large as 6,000 square feet is currently available for lease. The facility is located in a designated Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone as well as a Keystone Innovation Zone. The SEC provides a number of services to enhance the development of young firms, including hands-on management assistance, access to financing, intensive mentoring programs, and networking opportunities. The SEC's business incubator tenants have access to shared office services, equipment, conference rooms, flexible leases, and expandable office space. Scranton Enterprise Center Business Incubator staff will work directly with its tenants to identify sources of venture capital financing.
