Seacoast Capital invests mezzanine and equity capital in small, growing companies in the firm's target industrial sectors of manufacturing, distribution, business services and industrial technologies. Seacoast looks for companies in growing or fragmented industries with revenues in excess of $10 million and operating earnings in excess of $2 million. The investment opportunity may be an acquisition, management buyout or internal growth. Most of the situations considered have a junior capital need in the $5-$25MM range. Seacoast has a particular interest in companies located in underserved urban and rural markets. In all cases, Seacoast partners with managers who have proven track records and significant equity stakes. Seacoast has invested over $260 million in over 20 states since 1994. Seacoast is currently investing its third fund, Seacoast Capital Partners III, L.P.
