Seyen Capital is a venture capital fund focused on venture/growth stage investments in information technology and software. The firm prefers to invest in less-served markets nationally including Midwest, Upper Midwest, Colorado, Texas, Southeast, the D.C., and Philadelphia Metroplexes. It generally invests between $5 million to $15 million in the portfolio companies. Seyen does not invest in seed, start-up, and commercialization stages. The firm is led by George Spencer, who has more than 25 years of venture capital industry experience and is in the process of raising its first fund.
