Six Pillars Partners is a private equity firm that does not specialize in a specific sector, but is focused on partnering with businesses of particular industries including: Business services, Tech-enabled services, SaaS, Business process outsourcing, Educational and e-Learning, Carveouts, and Special situations. Six Pillars Partners has two primary investment categories. The firm has between $4 and $40 million in revenue and at least $1 million in EBITDA. We also make investments in a variety of alternative assets that are managed by teams with extensive domain expertise. Six Pillars Partners was founded in 2011 by Brandt Hamby, a former executive in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Hamby and his two business partners sold their firm to a public company in 2007, and Hamby spent the next few years investing and creating investment partnerships with others. Criteria for investments are as follows: $3+ million in EBITDA, the company has recurring revenue; has a proven ability to acquire customers and grow revenue; operates in a service-based and asset-light industry; company's key managers desire to stay involved; and recognizes that resources in addition to capital are needed to grow the business to the next level.
