Quatris Fund I is a venture capital fund formed in 2000 to create, seed and mentor early-stage ventures in information technology (IT) systems and software. Quatris Fund I is focused on its current portfolio and is no longer making any new investments. Square One Ventures, LLC is the conception-stage venture capital arm of Smaby Group. Through Square One, the firm deploys its own capital to form, fund, incubate, advise and assist very early stage IT startups which do not fit the Quatris Fund profile.
