Founded in 2003, Stone Arch Capital is a private equity fund that makes investments in lower middle market companies with revenues typically ranging from $20 million to $150 million and an EBITDA greater than $5 million. The firm focuses on companies located in the Midwest region, however may consider companies located outside the Midwest. Stone Arch's target investment size is between $25 million and $125 million, across a wide variety of industries excluding real estate, technology, and commodity businesses.
