Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners is an independent infrastructure fund manager that invests in North American middle-market infrastructure with approximately $37 billion of assets under management (as of March 31, 2021). The firm prefers to invest $50 to $200 million in lower risk investments and targets companies with a sector focus in energy, power, renewables, water, transportation, communication, and utilities. October 2013 marked the completion of fundraising for Stonepeak's inaugural standalone fund, the Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund I, at $1.65 billion.
