    Description:

    Succession Capital Partners, (SCP) is a specialty Private Equity firm providing investment capital to individually or family-owned businesses in the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast, specifically Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia. The firm invests private equity in both operating companies and real-estate assets under $30 million in enterprise value. Within private equity, there should be an EBITDA of at least $750,000 up to $7 million. Transaction size is between $3 million to $30 million, and SCP prefers to be the first institutional capital. Succession Capital Partners' Micro-Cap Real Estate Income Product acquires credit, commercial real estate assets that generate superior Investor annual cash yields. The firm deploys between $1 million to $3 million per investment in single tenant national or regional brand name retailers. Since 1998, the principals of Succession have successfully invested in more than 30 family-owned companies across a vast array of industries in the Southeast.
