The Veterans' Opportunity Fund is investing up to $3 million in companies that are on the east coast and focused in technology, healthcare, and business services. The Propel Baltimore Fund makes investments in high-growth, early-stage companies willing to establish headquarters in Baltimore City. The Propel Fund is investing up to $500 thousand in Baltimore's best technology companies. TCP has invested $490 million in follow-on funding.
