    Founded 1992, TPG (formerly known as Texas Pacific Group) is a leading global private investment firm with over $96 billion of capital under management. TPG Capital is TPG's principal investment platform in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America, and generally focuses on established businesses that require equity capital between $10 million and $1 billion.
