The Enterprise Center at Salem State College is a small business incubator and a virtual center for entrepreneurs throughout Boston's North Shore. The Center serves businesses at every stage of development from startup through growth. The Center offers more than 70 programs a year (most of them free) to small business owners and nonprofit managers; plus it leases office space and hosts numerous other popular programs including the 128 Venture North Breakfast series, the Million Dollar Women Symposium and the annual North of Boston Business Plan Competition. The Center's 53,000 square foot office building includes a number of suites available for small business tenants. The building offers first class office space and includes free parking, use of conference and training rooms, and a shared kitchen and dining area. The Center also helps match business owners and directors with advice and resources, providing programs and seminars, conference facilities and other resources.
