TIFEC (The Illig Family Enterprise Company) is a private investment company founded by Cliff Illig that owns, operates, and invests in private enterprises operating in various sectors, including technology, sports and entertainment, food and beverage, manufacturing, construction and engineering, hospitality, and specialty retail. TIFEC takes a long-term approach to build leading, growth-oriented enterprises. TIFEC also manages various real estate holdings and developments. Illig co-founded Cerner Corporation (Nasdaq:CERN) in 1979. According to various estimates Illig is worth north of $1B. Illig also makes investments through Pandi Capital (see profile), a firm he co-owns with Neal Patterson, another co-founder of Cerner.
