The Paliwoda Group is a private investment firm with an interest in investing in start-up companies centered around online brand management, emerging technologies (including public health, energy and environmental technologies), hospitality and entertainment. The Paliwoda Group generally invests in common stock or in securities that are convertible into common stock, including preferred stock securities, but will also consider extending Debtor-In-Possession (DIP) financing. Paliwoda Labs and Paliwoda Ventures are two independent entities within the group.
