Three Leaf Ventures is a venture-stage fund focused on leveraging wireless communication technology to transform the conventional healthcare model. Three Leaf Ventures was founded within the Broe Family (see profile) of companies, based in Denver, Colorado. The firm's investment thesis incorporates three prominent themes: Involving an increasingly pro-active, educated and invested consumer of healthcare; Leveraging significant advances and penetration of wireless and mobile communication technology; and Pursuing a shift to individualized healthcare from population based medicine. Pat Broe founded his namesake company, The Broe Group, in 1972 as a Denver-based real estate firm. Beginning with small residential and commercial rehabilitations, he soon began to accumulate a portfolio of properties. He began trading land, assembling development sites and repositioning commercial properties, primarily in the central business district of Denver.
