Tillery Capital is an operationally oriented, family office structured private investment firm that invests in and builds lower middle-market companies in partnership with their management teams. The firm makes control equity investments in companies whose annual EBITDA is between $2 million and $15 million. Tillery pursues investments across a broad spectrum of industries and business situations and is also experienced at acquiring and turning around underperforming businesses. Formed in December 2006, Tillery Capital has offices in Charlotte, Indianapolis, and Austin. The firm targets U.S. headquartered companies, preferably in the Southeast or Midwest. Tillery does not consider start-up companies, pre-revenue businesses, or Real Estate investments. Tillery's founders have acquired more than 30 companies with an aggregate value of more that $1 billion.
