Toba Capital is a venture firm focused on enterprise software, internet, and IT infrastructure. The firm was founded in 2012 by Vinny Smith, an early investor and former CEO of Quest Software, which was sold to Dell for $2.4 billion. According to published reports, Smith set aside $250 million for Toba Capital. He may allocate as much as $500 million to $750 million over the coming years. Toba's AUM is $1.3 billion.
