David currently serves as President & CEO of TESCO Holdings, a Texas-based industrial services company, and as a Director for VasCare, a Texas-based healthcare company. Billy is currently President & CEO of American Pre-Stress Concrete, LP, (APC), a manufacturing company providing transportation infrastructure to Texas and the Gulf Coast. He also serves as President of Wareing & Company, a Houston-based family office.
