Adam Hanover is Founder & CEO of Union Main. Prior to Union Main, Adam was the Chief Executive Officer of Archer Systems, a Texas-based Mass Tort and Class Action claims administration platform and advisory firm. During his tenure, Adam led Archer in the merger and integration of Shapiro Settlement Solutions and The Settlement Alliance's Litigation Benefits Group, employing more than 150 professionals across 5 cities in the U.S. From 2011-2016, Adam worked at The Carlyle Group as aide to William Conway (co-Founder and co-Executive Chairman), Edward Mathias (former Board Member) and Kewsong Lee (Chief Executive Officer). Between 2014-16, Adam was responsible for designing Carlyle Global Partners (CGP)- the firm's first long-dated private equity fund. Adam is on the board of the St. Albans School of Public Service, the Hillel at the University of Pennsylvania and the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art.
