V. Gastevich Investments is a Chicago-based Family Office with decades of diversified investing and portfolio management experience, including core concentrations in real estate, private equity, and angel investments. Having started with a primary focus in real estate development and middle market private equity, V. Gastevich Investments pivoted towards a key focus on the burgeoning U.S. cannabis industry in late 2014. While seeking to support much needed medical therapies, the firm also saw an opportunity to capitalize on the conversion of a long-standing illicit market to legal channels. The firm made early investments in what are now some of the largest cannabis companies in the world. V. Gastevich manages the assets of the (now deceased) Vladimir Gastevich. In 1985 while Vladimir was still with a Chicago law firm, he and his brother Eric, a home builder, formed ATG Corp., a real estate development and investment company. In 1988 Vladimir left his law career in Chicago to take on the role of CEO and General Counsel at ATG full time.
