VIC Technology Venture Development (VIC) is a business incubator for startup companies that own innovative technology with significant commercial potential. The firm develops new companies by partnering technology entrepreneurs with business experts, technology experts and seed stage investors. The firm provides portfolio companies with senior management experience, intimate knowledge of technology startup companies, and proven processes to execute business strategies. For investors in portfolio companies, the mission is to provide an investor network with high return investment opportunities in thoroughly screened and assessed, well-conceived and managed, technology-based startup companies with excellent growth potential. A Virtual Incubation Affiliated Investor is an investor who has been qualified and accepted by VIC into its Affiliated Investor Program. Affiliated investors are provided access to information regarding portfolio companies and early-stage investment opportunities with those companies. Individual investors must meet SEC requirements for accredited and sophisticated investors. The minimum investment varies by company, but typically ranges from $250,000 to $500,000.
