Vandewater Capital Holdings was established in 2008. From its inception until 2012, it acted primarily as the private equity arm of Jesta Group, a diversified family office, overseeing various investments through all stages of their lifecycle. In 2012, Vandewater began offering institutions and funds an opportunity to invest alongside its financial and operational capital, on an individual transaction basis. Vandewater's team of professionals source, structure, invest in and operate varied companies and assets in North America and Western Europe. Vandewater has acquired, created and operated enterprises primarily in the sectors of heavy industry, technology, financial services, real estate and hospitality.
