Verge is a seed and pre-seed venture capital fund, investing in promising seed and early stage technology opportunities in New Mexico and the Southwest. Verge will make later-stage investments only in follow-on rounds of existing portfolio companies as their business models are validated and the risk factors are reduced. The Fund's focus will primarily be on investments in technology businesses including cleantech, electronics and materials, human factors and software-as-a-service. The Principals of the Verge team have a combined 100+ years of experience in and working with entrepreneurial companies in New Mexico.
