Vlasic Investments (VILLCo) is a single-family office based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Established in 1964, the firm operates as an investment holding company and provides asset management services. In 1989, Michael A. Vlasic founded MAVD in connection with his family's business, Vlasic Investments, LLC. Since the 1930s, the Vlasic family has been an active investor and operator of businesses in Southeast Michigan, most notably Vlasic Foods, which was sold to Campbell Soup Company in 1978. MAVD maintains its headquarters in Ann Arbor. In 2006, MAVD diversified and expanded its real estate portfolio by opening an office in Denver, Colorado. From this western base of operations, MAVD led the acquisition and development of real estate assets along the Colorado Front Range in the key growth markets of Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins.
