Vodia Ventures is the sister firm to Vodia Capital, a family wealth management firm founded in 2004. The firm invests seed capital in companies focused on cracking open 'unsolvables' associated with persistent challenges in energy, water, food security, and public health (plus a few others). Vodia Ventures makes investments as small as $25k and typically in the range $100k-$500k. Vodia is interested in companies that are structured to require less than $10 million total equity capital. To date, the firm has raised $2.6 million for its fund. Potential for successive investments is up to $2mm over multiple rounds.
